  • Do you have Catch up?

    We have Catch-up function for MK ULTRA. We don’t support Catch-up function for MK PRO.

  • Do you have EPG?

    We have EPG function for MK ULTRA. We don’t support EPG function for MK PRO.

  • I get “LINKS COULDN’T FETCHED”, Error

    you have old application please update your application. Have 2 options given below 1. Open our website https://mkworld.us in your device’s browser and download MK Pro application from here and then go Download folder in your device then install the application. 2. Open browser in your device and type in address bar 4box.pw for MK Pro application and download from here and then go Download folder in your device then install the application.

  • I get “Alert Routine maintenance is in progress. Please check back in an hour or two. If you still face the issue, please click on Playstore or Download button”, Error

    1. Make sure your internet is connected. 2. Check your app version it’s older than ver-1.1.6 so you need to update the application.

  • How many devices can I use with 1 Subscription?

    1 subscription allows for 1 device use only

  • Why I made payment already but my account still shows expired?

    If you have paid, usually the account will activate immediately, but if your account has not been confirmed. Please contact us by WhatsApp +44 20 3290 6521 to send the Receipt of your payment and transaction ID to get fixed.

  • How can I change my device?

    Please contact us by WhatsApp +44 20 3290 6521 send your subscription code or MAC id we will change your device info.

  • When will VOD be updated?

  • My account is still active but I’m having plan to renew it, so do I need to wait till my account expired or it will plus time after expired date?

    You can renew anytime you want and it will be counted after your expired date.
